Cookidoo – the Thermomix recipe platform – has so many recipes to choose from! You can filter by ingredient or accessory, look through collections or simply browse until your heart’s content. I’ve pulled a few together that could fit with your health and fitness goals for 2025.

Reducing your meat and carb intake is made easy with Thermomix. There is a wide range of plant-based recipes as well as collections such as the Plant-Based Around the World Collection. Try the Aubergine & Lentil Curry teamed with Cauliflower Rice. A hearty meal, full of flavour making the most of plant alternatives. Another recipe to try is The Lentil Burgers with Beetroot Rolls.

One of the great money-saving and health benefits of the Thermomix is the ability to make fakeaways – a healthier, cheaper alternative to a takeaway. Again, there are lots of recipes available on Cookidoo, but for starters why not give the Chicken Katsu Curry a go? Serve with rice, or cauliflower rice for  reduced carbs. I often make the sauce in its own and add to ready made chicken goujons for a super easy meal.

Fancy an Indian? Whip up the Creamy Coconut Chicken Curry with homemade Naan Breads. If you’re a regular curry-maker it’s worth taking the time to make batches of your own garlic pasteginger paste and curry paste (tandooritikka, or everyday Indian curry paste for example) to give you an extra flavourful dish.

If you have the Spiralizer, it can be a complete game changer when changing your meal habits. A

With the Spiralizer you can find some delicious dishes with vegetable-based pasta alternatives like Zoodles with Broccoli PestoSpicy Chinese Chicken with Zoodles and Courgetti with Bolognese Sauce. You can also make sweet dishes such as Yoghurt with Spiralized Fruit.

Whatever you’re creating in your Thermomix, I’d love for you to share it in my Facebook community here.
